HISTORY
Porto San Paolo ristorante is located inside a lookout tower from the 1400s, which stood in defense of the fort built on the San Paolo cliff, in the town of Sciacca.
In 1994 the Ciancimino family took over the structure and undertook an important restructuring, keeping the architectural properties intact, creating an indissoluble bond between ancient and modern.
